Terms of Service

Last updated: September 27, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Feedbot, including the website feedbotai.com, the dashboard at app.feedbotai.com, the chat widget, the hosted chat link, the API, the MCP server and the CLI (together, the “Service”).

The Service is operated by Aleksei Khaliapin, an individual entrepreneur registered in Georgia, Lermontovi St. 12, Batumi, Adjara, Georgia (“Feedbot”, “we”, “us”). Contact: support@feedbotai.com.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm that you can accept these Terms for it, and “you” means that company.

1. What Feedbot does

Feedbot lets you put an AI chatbot on your website, in your app or behind a shareable link. The chatbot answers your visitors from the knowledge you provide, can qualify leads, hand conversations to you, and turn feedback into issues that you or your coding agent can work on.

You are our customer. The people who talk to your chatbot are visitors.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old and give accurate account information.
  • Keep your password and API keys secret. You are responsible for everything done with your account and keys.
  • Tell us right away at support@feedbotai.com if you think your account or keys were compromised.

3. Plans, payments and taxes

  • We offer a free plan and paid subscription plans. Current prices and limits are on the pricing page.
  • Creem is our Merchant of Record. Paid plans are sold by Creem (creem.io), which handles checkout, payment processing, sales tax and VAT, and invoices. When you buy a plan, you also agree to Creem’s terms of sale. Your invoices and receipts come from Creem.
  • Prices are in US dollars. Taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location.
  • If you go over your plan’s conversation limit, we either charge extra conversations at the price shown on the pricing page (if you turned this on) or stop new conversations until the next period, depending on your settings.

4. Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation

  • Paid plans are subscriptions that renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until you cancel.
  • You can cancel at any time in your account settings or by writing to us. After you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and it does not renew.
  • If a renewal payment fails, we may downgrade your account to the free plan.
  • We may change prices. We will tell you at least 30 days before a new price applies to your subscription, and you can cancel before it does.

5. Refunds

Paid plans come with a 7-day money-back guarantee. The details and how to ask for a refund are in the Refund Policy. Refunds are processed through Creem.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service, or let your chatbot be used, for any of the following:

  • Companion, relationship or “AI girlfriend/boyfriend” chatbots, or role-play bots built to simulate intimate relationships.
  • Adult or sexual content, including sexually explicit conversations or material.
  • Impersonation: pretending to be a real person, brand or organization you are not, or hiding that visitors are talking to an AI when asked.
  • Spam or unsolicited messaging, including bulk messages to people who did not agree to receive them.
  • Illegal content or activity, including fraud, scams, phishing, malware, hate speech, harassment, violent threats, content that exploits minors, or infringement of others’ intellectual property or privacy.
  • Face-swap, deepfake or other deceptive synthetic media.
  • Gambling or other regulated services (for example betting, unlicensed financial, medical or legal services) where the chatbot gives advice or takes actions that require a license.
  • Attempts to access other customers’ data, bypass security, probe or overload the Service, or extract our models, prompts or data by automated means.
  • Reselling the Service as a standalone chatbot product without our written permission.

We may suspend or remove chatbots, content or accounts that break these rules, with or without notice, depending on how serious the issue is.

7. AI-generated answers

  • The chatbot’s answers are generated by AI. They can be incomplete, outdated or wrong, even when based on your knowledge base.
  • You are responsible for your chatbot: the knowledge you add, its instructions and settings, the actions you connect, and how you use its answers. Review important answers and don’t use the chatbot as the only basis for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions.
  • Tell your visitors that they are talking to an AI assistant. The widget shows this by default.

8. Your content and data

  • You keep all rights to the content you upload (texts, files, website pages) and to your visitors’ conversations (“Customer Data”).
  • You give us permission to host, process and transmit Customer Data only to provide and improve the Service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
  • For your visitors’ personal data, you are the controller and Feedbot is your processor. You are responsible for having a legal basis to collect it and for telling visitors about it in your own privacy policy. Section 6 of the Privacy Policy describes how we process visitor data on your behalf.
  • We do not use Customer Data to train AI models, and we don’t sell it.

9. Our intellectual property

The Service, its software, design and brand belong to us. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under these Terms. Feedback you send us about the Service may be used without any obligation to you.

10. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers (for example AI model providers, hosting and payment providers, listed in the Privacy Policy) and can connect to services you choose, such as Telegram, Slack, Discord, GitHub or Linear. Their own terms apply to your use of those services.

11. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and secure but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue a paid feature you rely on, we will tell you in advance, and you can cancel.

12. Termination

  • You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
  • We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms, don’t pay, or if we must do so by law. Where reasonable, we will warn you first.
  • After an account is deleted, we delete Customer Data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Disclaimers and liability

  • The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, to the extent permitted by law.
  • To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you use only the free plan.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Georgia, unless the law of your country gives you, as a consumer, the right to go to your local courts.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page and change the “Last updated” date. For material changes, we will notify you by email or in the dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect.
