Chat link

Every bot has a hosted chat page. It works without a website, so you can use it:

  • in a mobile app, opened in a web view or in the browser;
  • in emails, like “Questions? Chat with us”;
  • as a QR code on packaging, menus or event badges;
  • in a Telegram channel, a bio or a community.

Copy the link from Bot → Install → Chat link. It looks like this:

You can add primaryColor and title query parameters to change the look:

Conversations from the chat link show up in the same inbox, with the same analysis, leads and issues as the widget.
